FOX 13 reported a 5-0 vote to prevent Flock cameras from being installed at county parks, facilities, and buildings. That is press. It is not a posted clerk tally.
The same story quotes Sheriff Rick Wells: the Sheriff's Office does not have license plate readers at county parks, facilities, or buildings, and has no plans to put them there. Park video, he said, is county government, not the sheriff. FOX 13, citing the sheriff, printed 79 Flock cameras and 134 license plate readers from other manufacturers. Those numbers are sheriff-via-FOX 13, not a field census and not a BOCC inventory.

WIOD reported Commissioner Amanda Ballard's motion: future camera applications on county property go to the board; county attorneys said the board can regulate county property and unincorporated areas, not independently inside cities; the motion does not remove existing sheriff cameras.
The Bradenton Times recap printed a 5-0 not to approve installation at county facilities, parks, or buildings, motion by Ballard. League of Women Voters observer notes in that paper said "no longer issue permits for LPR on County property." Observer notes are not clerk minutes.
