County Attorney Pamela D'Agostino, per that story: county-owned right-of-ways were not included; staff must review ROW permit codes and may need an ordinance. The county cannot regulate private property, HOA or business cameras, FDOT ROW, or municipality ROW this way. Existing cameras stay. This is not a sheriff pull.
