Fleet 3 is Axon's in-car system: panoramic video plus a dedicated 4K ALPR sensor. Company help pages describe plate reads compared to agency hotlists, searchable traits such as color, make, and type, and upload into Axon Evidence (the same cloud many agencies already use for body-worn video). Axon's published product default for read/hit retention is 30 days. Saved-as-evidence follows the agency evidence schedule. That is a product default, not a local audit.
Outpost is a fixed outdoor unit: ALPR, vehicle-attribute recognition, and a livestream over LTE. Lightpost is a streetlight form of the same idea. Those are company product pages. This site has no sourced Outpost or Lightpost count in Tampa Bay. Do not treat a Fleet FAQ that says ALPR is "only" in Fleet 3 as company-wide. Later Outpost and Lightpost pages contradict that.
Sharing is not the same architecture as Flock's inter-agency camera network. Axon describes Partner API sharing and agency-controlled hotlists. Ask the agency who can search, the same as you would for Flock.

Tampa Bay 28, with Undersheriff Chase Daniels on camera: the office is replacing some roadside Flock cameras with Axon. Daniels said Axon already supplies body-worn cameras, Tasers, and evidence management, and that the Axon units are about $50,000 cheaper. Pasco's stated ALPR policy in that coverage is 30 days, with longer holds for felonies and missing persons. Permits on the record for the SR 54 corridor from New Port Richey to Wesley Chapel were described as replacement, not a new count. This is in progress, not already gone.

Times survey
Sheriff Bob Gualtieri told the Tampa Bay Times the office uses Flock, Axon, and Vigilant. All deputies have access, as reported there. The Times story does not split how many poles or cars sit on each vendor.

Spokesperson Yolanda Fernandez told the Times that officers have Axon plate readers in patrol cars. The SPPD annual report has also introduced Fleet 3 in-car ALPR. That is separate from the city's Flock poles (FOX 13: Chief Holloway, 50 cameras, 30-day store as a department claim).
